How
the
process
works
Step 1
Choose Your Hat Style & Details
Weβll narrow down the cap style, colours, closures, embellishment methods, and overall vibe of the hat.
Not sure what you want yet? Totally fine. Reference photos, rough ideas, and βI want something that looks expensiveβ are all acceptable starting points.
Step 2
Digital Proof & Design Tweaks
Once weβve narrowed down your design choices, a digital proof will be created showing the layout, colours, placement, and embellishment details of the cap.
From there, we can make design tweaks and adjustments until everything looks right.
Step 3
Deposit & Sample Production
Once the digital proof is approved, a 50% deposit is required before production begins.
One physical sample hat will then be produced based on the approved design.
A photo sample of the physical hat will be provided for approval before full production begins.
If preferred, the physical sample can also be mailed out for approval, however this will increase production time by approximately 2 additional weeks.
4. Full Production
Once the sample is approved, full production begins on your order.
Minimum order quantity for fully custom manufactured caps is 144 pieces.
Need smaller quantities? We can still help with embroidered or patched caps using stock blank hats instead.
